The Workstream Partner Network is designed for all types of partners, including Systems Integrators and Consultants, to create economic value by leveraging their expertise for our mutual customer's benefit.

Services Partner Overview

The success of Workstream is built on the concept of community. Our Services Partners serve as a critical component within that community and are considered central to our go-to-market strategy and our customers' success and we reward our partners for participating in the Workstream community.

Workstream's success is based on a growing community of partners including Systems Integrators and Consultants, who are committed to our talent management vision. Growing the Workstream Partner Network within that community is critical to our go-to-market strategy and our customers' overall success. Our partnership program allows Workstream to align with our partners' business strategies while providing increasing levels of benefits as our mutual partnership grows.

Our on-demand suite of Workstream TalentCenter products delivers a broad array of functionality to organizations that allows customers to manage their entire employee lifecycle from 'hire to retire'. Workstream's solutions can be complimented by Services Partners who not only can perform set-up and configuration of the Workstream products but also provide value added services around change management, training, report development, security and systems integration.

Becoming a Workstream Services Partner is great way to gain access to the latest talent management solutions in the market and build profitable relationship with Workstream. A Services Partnership involves the investment of resources in professional services certification in the complete line of Workstream TalentCenter solutions. In addition, if you have a qualified sales opportunity to pass along to Workstream, you are eligible to receive a standard referral fee for opportunities that close within 12 months of acceptance.

Workstream Services partners provide consulting, implementation, integration and migration services. They may also qualify to re-sell the Workstream TalentCenter suite of products using Workstream agreements and utilize Workstream to provide support to their customers.

Become a Services Partner

1. Complete the Partner registration form. Workstream will review and when approved you will be e-mailed the Workstream Services Partner Agreement.

2. Review, sign and fax the Workstream Services Partner Agreement to 1-650-340-2701.

3. After your Agreement is received, you will be sent a Workstream Partner Network Welcome Kit with instructions on how to register any qualified opportunities you might have. Your Welcome Kit will list dates for the Workstream overview sessions and then you are ready to go!
